GENERAL

By using our course and facilities, you are agreeing to our Release and Waiver of Liability.

Valleybrook Golf & Country Club has the right to revoke membership at any time.

Valleybrook Golf & Country Club has the right to change the hours or days of operation during the year.

FINANCIAL

All guest and add-on charges must be paid at time of purchase unless you are a member. Members can add charges to a monthly invoice, and bills should be paid promptly.

The initiation fee is currently waived.

Membership fees are collected monthly. Quarterly and annual payment options will be offered in the future. Monthly membership dues are collected through Lightspeed, our POS System. Members will be required to attach a credit/debit card to their Lightspeed account and will be auto-billed on the 7th of each month. Late fees will apply for payments not received or failed, and membership may be suspended for delinquent accounts.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Here at Valleybrook, we play by the book. Thank you in advance for following our course etiquette!

Respect your fellow players, members, guests, and of course — respect our personnel. We won’t have it any other way. We will have zero tolerance for disrespect.

No personal food, beverages (non-alcoholic or containing alcohol), and coolers.

Please limit the use of your cell phone and other communication devices on the course and in the clubhouse.

Smoking is prohibited within 15 yards of our clubhouse, practice areas, tee boxes, and greens.

Derogatory photos and videos of the club or its patrons shared publicly, such as on social media, will result in loss of member and guest privileges.

RULES AND REGULATIONS ON THE COURSE

Members will be given preferential tee times, including Friday through Sunday.

We require a 24-hour cancellation for tee times; members’ preferential treatment will be revoked for failure to cancel in a timely manner. No exceptions unless determined by management.

Keep up the pace of play; allow faster groups the courtesy to play through. Our pace of play for a foursome is 4 hours and 15 minutes. Our team will monitor your pace to ensure a satisfactory golf experience for others.

Approved spectators should remain on the paths.

As you’ve heard since childhood, pick up after yourself. Rake the bunkers, repair the divots, place your trash in the bins, etc. to help us provide the highest quality experience we can for our members and guests.

DRESS CODE

The following applies to the golf course and practice areas.

What to wear: a collared shirt of appropriate length; sleeveless shirts with a collar and collarless shirts with sleeves are acceptable for women; Bermuda style shorts for men, skorts for women, and pants are acceptable

What not to wear: a tank top or t-shirt, denim, gym clothing or warm up suits, leggings, or cut-off or cargo style shorts/pants
